Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 26 July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Anas Bel Madani ("we", "us"), who operates Choreo at choreomotion.app. By using the app you accept them. If you are using Choreo for an employer or client, you confirm you may accept these terms on their behalf.
1The service
Choreo is a browser-based design tool for choreographing interface motion and exporting the result as code. It is free to use and runs without an account: your documents are saved in your browser and can be saved out as portable files at any time.
Cloud sync, share links and the global template gallery are optional. They stay dormant until you sign in, and the app keeps working exactly as before if you never do.
2Accounts
An account is created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for the security of that Google account and for everything done through your Choreo session. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Choreo is not directed at children.
3Your work stays yours
You keep all rights to the documents, designs, assets and exported code you create. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them for anything other than running the service for you.
If you sign in, you give us the narrow permission needed to operate that feature: to store your documents and assets, transmit them between your devices, and serve any share link you publish. That permission ends when you delete the file or your account.
Code you export is unconditionally yours. It carries no Choreo runtime, needs no licence, and requires no attribution.
4Sharing and templates
Publishing a share link makes that document readable by anyone who has the link, including its exported code. Links are unguessable but public: treat a shared document as public information, and unshare it when you are done.
Templates published in the gallery may be opened, copied and edited by other people. Only publish work you are free to distribute that way.
5Acceptable use
Use of Choreo is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach it, or that put the service or other people at risk.
6Availability
Choreo is provided free of charge and without a service level commitment. Features may change, and the hosted service may be interrupted or discontinued.
Because the app is local-first, that risk is bounded by design: your documents remain in your browser, exportable as portable files and as code, whether or not the hosted service is available.
7Our intellectual property
The Choreo name, logo and the application itself remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in them to you, and Choreo is not distributed as source code.
You agree not to resell the hosted service, or to attempt to extract, decompile or reconstruct the application for a competing product. Ordinary use of the app, and of everything it produces for you, is of course fine.
8Disclaimer
Choreo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error free, or that an import, a preview or an export will suit a particular purpose. Test what you ship.
9Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Choreo. Keep your own copies of work that matters: the app gives you file export and a full backup for exactly this reason.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Ending the agreement
You may stop using Choreo at any time and delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or end access if these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are breached. Documents held only in your browser are unaffected either way.
11Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page always reflect the current text, and material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes will be heard by the courts there, without affecting any mandatory protection you have where you live.
